the lifebars will no longer work, because of the new W-ultra stuff.
To play the current version of remix in USF4:
- in sf4_remix, rename latest_ae to ae2_109
- move all chars from v104 to ae2_109
- move DCP, ELN, PSN, RLN, HUG from patch_ae_tu1 to ae2_109
- move the ui directory from patch_ae2_tu1 to sf4_remix
The launcher should still work as normal.
Also, the mibbit chat now points at the right IRC channel so go nuts

Slight update to the old bars that removes the KO and Player 1/Player2 text.
